Notable Stuff:

  • The reference to Psalm 9:1-2 appears on the masthead.
  • Infocom's latest piece of interactive fiction, Trinity, appears on the cover. Prepare to see a lot of Infocom covers in the coming months.
  • Canadian letters are taking an average of a week or more to reach Scorpia these days.
  • Operation Keystone was created by a company named "Overt Strategic Simulations", which is close enough to "Strategic Simulations, Inc" it caused the editor to muse that he's considering creating an automotive company called "Really General Motors" just to see what happened. :)
  • Lucasfilm Games' Habitat is like an extremely low-tech version of PlayStation Home, or The Sims.
  • Reader Input Device this issue reprints the R.I.D. info from issue #30, because they're still tabulating data from this most recent one.
