VideoGames & Computer Entertainment Issue 24 (January 1991)
Initially scanned in October 2020, this issue was missing the two table of contents pages, so it sat in a folder called "On Hold" until the pages could be provided. In a stroke of luck @TheRedEye from the Video Game History Foundation provided me a sample scan of this issue in PDF. Hence the two pages were able to be used in this scan o fine able to release this issue.
