IBM Systems Journal Up For Grabs

My brother ran across a bunch of issues of this technical journal. Dates range from the 1980s up through the early 2000s. He was curious to know if anyone here was interested in them, either personally or for preservation purposes. I'm not sure how many he found, since I don't think he did a count, but it's at least two dozen and probably way more than that.

These aren't gaming magazines, nor are they hobbyist magazines. They're high-level journals dedicated to programming, system analysis, engineering, communication, and things of that sort. Quite technical, and quite specific to IBM mainframes and other internal systems.

That's an archive of the abstracts for a bunch of the older issues, which should give an idea of what they look and sound like.

Sounds interesting. Thanks for letting us know. If they weren't already preserved and available for purchase at the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, I would have been interested in helping to electronically preserve them, but it looks like IBM has already taken good care of that.
