Btw, I've wondered this before, but what's the deal with the "LC2"? I don't see anything about it in the masthead, so what does it mean/where does it come from?

I could be mistaken, but I think LC2 = Life Cycle 2, because this incarnation of Electronic Games magazine started in 1992. The earlier incarnation of EG started in 1981.
