Do any of you have a list of what is still missing/in progress from the big torrent? I have around 140-160 issues of NP and most if not all still have the inserts.

I have the Index for NP issues 1-60

and Nintendo Power issues

84, 85, 89, 90, 91, 92

and 103-110 that are listed as missing in the big torrent on Gay-Porn

I'm not sure about all the posters that may be missing though.

I had a chance at buying over 100 issues of Next Generation a few months back ......unfortunatly it was about $100 and no one chipped in when it was announced :unhappy:

Holy cow -- you should have let me know about that (never saw the announcement)

$100 for a 100 issues of NextGen is a pretty good deal.... Many issues go for $5 a pop.

wait... weren't there only like 70 issues of NextGen?

I think he may have had some doubles, But It was 100 for $100.

The same guy had 100 PSM issues for $100.

I will let you know if I see any other good deals on Ebay

EDIT

Looks like 85 issues

EGM of the 80s and 90s would be good. Fond memories of the large features they did on games like Phantasy Star 4. Same goes for EGM2, they had some great articles in there, and the guides they started doing later were useful too, as they often covered lesser-known games.

dreamcast magazine will help keep a dead system alive. a system that shoudnt have died.

So very true. I love the little white system. Just an hour ago I was playing KOF 99 Dream Match on it.

I'm planning on buying a whole bunch of Japanese games for it coming Christmas as well.

I have nearly all issues of the unofficial DreamCast Magazine from the UK, and I'm looking for my missing Official UK issues. But both of these magazines are larger than regular magazines, so I'm holding of on scanning them for after I'm done with OSSM and CVG. After that I'll certainly move on to those.

I had all the US Official Dreamcast magazines. I remember when they just decided to discontinue the magzine before my subscription was up I got like 2 years of PSM for free. But back to subject I don't have them anymore. I don't remember what I did with them but I remember they were abnormally huge. They would not fit into magazine boxes. That may be why I got rid of them but I'm ticked that I got rid of them.

I'm really after Dreamcast Magazines, i had a huge pagage of accesories and a US dreamcast that i couldnt use (power supply popped) and finally got a AU dreamcast from the pawnbrokers. YAY, love the dreamcast. Does anyone know if the portable "Treamcasts" off ebay are any good?

EDIT: I also just noticed and find it funny i have 999 in my member no. 9/99 FTW lol.

Not sure how reliable those Treamcasts are, but they seem to be pretty decent for what you can expect from a pirated system.

Like those old Nes and famicom knock offs, they do the job, but aren't in the same league quality wise as the originals.

Found an article on one of the several different Treamcast systems out there here.

Pretty funny that 9/99 coincidence.

I voted for EGM.

I have several reasons. At the time, the only magazines that came to my country were GameFan, EGM and GamePro. Of the three I liked EGM the most.

I really liked some of the sections they ran and I really became fond of the Hsu and Chan strips.

I hope we can get more issues online.
