The magazine ran sporadically from September 1999 to July 2010.  It changed names and formats several times.  It even stopped production for a few years in between the dates listed from what I remember.  But the magazine was great in its early years, featuring unique art and fed into the hype of Pokémon back then, which started as a video game.

75 listings come up for me on ebay.ca; probably more on .com since ones that don't ship to Canada show up for me. They are not cheap magazines either.

I used to have tons of these.  I loved the sections on imports and the price guides but the images they drew for the gen 2 Pokemon were hilariously bad (Magcargo looked like it was made of grape jelly).

I though that about a lot of the magazines I saw here.

I've seen a few of these, and the covers all had a prism/shimmery effect added to them which would have made getting a decent scan difficult. I don't know that they were all like that, but the ones I saw were.

If I were to donate an issue of this magazine, would there be someone willing to try and scan it?  I would, but I do not have the capability to do it myself.

does anyone know were to find a scanned copy of the magazines from years 2007-2009? i'm in one of them and would love to have a copy. I don't remember the exact date.
