If you look to the left of Cammy's hip, there a name listed.


Looks like it's an original art by Steve Kyte, who according to my brief Google session seems to be a British comic book artist who is skilled in imitating the Japanese style. It's very high quality art and I had initially thought it was promotional art for the SFII Animated Movie. It appears that Steve Kyte was a co-founder of Anime UK magazine and he provided his original art for it.

That's also a Beretta 92fs she's wielding, a very popular handgun in the 90's by police and military forces all over the world. However, a quick search implies that UK special forces never used them, so perhaps a Browning Hi-Power or Walther PP, or SIG Sauer P230, might have been more accurate.

Yes, I was initially confused because I hadn't seen it before and I don't remember Cammy using a gun in the movie. In the film she shows up brainwashed, and assassinates someone unarmed in a brief scene.
