Looking to buy Tips & Tricks Video Game Magazine Oct 1995

Hello. I'm interested in buying Tips & Tricks Video Game Magazine October 1995 to complete my Tips & Tricks/Codebook collection as it is the last issue I need. I'm looking for it to be in Good/Great condition or better (spine must be intact). The cover for the magazine is attached below, and the image by thanks of Retromags.

You too, huh? We're just down to that and the following issue, I wonder if that's coincidence or if it's just a time of particularly low circulation.

I know it's been a while, but I'll place a $300 bounty for a great or better condition of this magazine so I can stop searching for it. It does appear that issues in general in 1995 and some of 1996 don't show up as often, especially if it's something not as mainstream that makes worldwide/statewide news or increased articles of discussion such as Mortal Kombat, Marvel, wrestling, and Donkey Kong Country.

Bonus useless info: Back in 1996, I had a friend that had a copy of this magazine but he liked to deny me looking at anything I showed interest in that he had. I've seen it person, but never was I able to lay my hands on it. He did the same thing with that Cobra Commander doll where you could peel off the mask and see his face for the first time, but the joke is now on him. All these years later I've looked it up and that face is so John Doe generic, I now don't feel like I missed out at all.
