Did NZ have any of their own gaming magazine publishers back in the 90s?

Starting off, as a US citizen, I admit I know little about what happens across the seas in the upside-down lands of beautiful Australia and New Zealand. But I figured this would be such a place that might give answers to this curiosity of mine. I know that Australia had numerous gaming magazine publications (many of which couldn't hold their own for long and after a few years either ceased or swapped to whatever the UK had going). But what about New Zealand when the internet was young, unrefined, and inaccessible? When magazines had the power of knowledge?

I would assume that, particularly at the time, New Zealand surely shared much in the way of having the same magazines and issues that Australian gamers would have had access to (though if anyone familiar with that era of gaming (90s-00s) might be able to speak about which publications were available, that would be very interesting to learn!)

But was there enough of a gaming fanbase in New Zealand at the time that potentially there were any independent publications at the time within New Zealand itself? Or did the Kiwis have to tough it out with whatever they could get their hands on in terms of gaming mag issues and video games themselves back before the good internet? That short era of time before global high-speed internet access entirely fascinates me; how the gaming sphere in countries like NZ fared with having access to, learning, and managing to obtain video games they wanted.
