Just found this place. Really awesome. I have a decent selection of Game Players (Ultra Game Players) and am currently tracking down every copy of the UK "Super Play" Magazine, which was dedicated to the SNES, and covered in depth SNES RPG's.

Can anyone recommend a scanner that is relativly inexpensive but also works very well?

Thanks,

Tim

Tim,

Did anybody PM you with information? I know it can feel a little slow in here, at times. I just want to make sure somebody gave a recommendation. If not, I'll be glad to look into it.

I totally missed this post over in this section.

Just noticed your name on the online window... :blushing:

Abyway, if you're still looking for a great scanner at a decent price I'd go for the Canon CanoScan LiDE 70.

You should be able to find one for €70-80.

I've been using one myself for the last couple of months and I'm loving it. Great colour depth, scans white backgrounds much cleaner than my old canoscan 50 and is a bit faster to boot.

I've even been thinking of getting a spare one in case this one breaks down and I can't find the model anymore.
