I heard about this on the radio today while driving to work , Worse part is the DJ was willing to pay $100 for anyone to do it for him while being live on the air. One person did it at an Arby's and another person did it to someone at Starbucks (with a frapachino)

Shouldn't there be a law against that sort of thing? Not sure about this since English is obviously not my first language, but enticement to assault or however it's called over there sure can't be legal.
