Are we to assume that the April-03 forward issues won't see RM.C release?

Being in electronic format counts as in-print, so probably is on the black side of the fair use gray area.

Of course the latest allowed under the 5-year rule is Nov-02, anyway.

Any thoughts from the Retromags bosses on this issue?

EGM is pretty much at the end of the list, I have more Nintendo Powers, Sega Visions , GamePro, Next Generation , Xbox and PSM magazines then EGM. THe 5 year rule applies to all magazines, But you do raise a valid point. We dont want to step on the toes of any publisher, We just want to provide members a portable and flexible way to read magazines they already own

I own 99% of all the Nintendo Power magazines ever produced, I like to keep them on 1 DL-DVD so that I can browse them where ever I want. Once we get to EGM we will decide on how to proceed, But most of the EGM's I have are in the 1995-1997 range.
