Gotta Rant......

Called Sprint PCS last month on the 18th to cancel my cellphone ......told the stupid bitch on the other end that i had Vonage and would like to pay up in full .......and cancel my phone

Today i get a bill for $66 ........I call .......Get transfered not once .......not three times .....BUT 5 TIMES.......They tell me my account is suspended not canceled

I finally got them to CANCEL my phone ......and null out the $66 charge

I have been thinking about getting Vonage for a home phone, along with the fact that I'd like to get a 614 number for when I move to go with my 513 number on my cell phone, to do forwarding and the such.

Absolutly ......I dont see how Verizon or any other local Telephone company is going to beat Vonage
