Most Freaky Moment You Got Scared By An Snes Game?

I must admit that I didn't played a lot of games on SNES, and those I played, were not scary (Super Mario, Football etc...) but later I got to play some SNES game on my PC (Emulator), and asked a friend on MSN which one does he suggest and he told me "Clock Tower". I couldn't be afraid by that age, but I could just imagine playing this game as 6 years old, I would shi* my pants :D. But I played a lot of games that weren't for my age like Mortal Kombat 3 on Mega Drive 2 etc...

Kind of a dumb game but I just remembered one of mine.. Robocop vs. Terminator was kinda gritty. And fighting that huge robot thing from Robocop made me pee my pants! That thing is freaky.

I actually didn't played that one, but I heard it isn't so interesting.
