Castlevania Dracula X (psp)

Recommended Posts

Well I have the original on PC-Engine if that counts.

Absolutely love the game.

Castlevania 4 on Snes is still my favourite though, but Dracula X plays more like the original NES games. So in that light it's simply incredible.

Not sure if the control problems are due to the port/remake nature as the original one controls perfectly, again, just like the NES games.

I have it, and yes, it is an incredible game. Everyone who owns a PSP owes it to themselves to buy this game. The original can be quite difficult due to the hyper-aggressive enemies and the short 'invincible' time you receive after being hit. The remake balances this out a little better, but is still pretty challenging. As for the controls being a bit stiff, well, this is an old-school Castlevania! :D

Phillyman-- are you playing the remake or did you unlock the original game?
