Nes Zapper Mouse

This guy built a fully functioning gyroscopic mouse into an NES Zapper! If only I had that much talent and free time!

It would be cool if he fit everything inside the gun. It looks like he just ran the left mouse click to the trigger and duct taped the mouse to the gun.

Ahh the things we nerds do when we're bored. This reminded me of an old hack, I think it was called PSDoom, that used the Doom game for system administration. Programs in memory would appear as monsters and you would shoot at them to reduce their CPU priority, or blow them away to end the task. It was really just a funny concept but it would be a fun stress-reliever if I could point a gun at popup windows to kill them

I love the zapper; have the tech spec laying around somewhere. Kind of off topic, but I remember compatibility issues with a CRT, but does anyone recall getting it to work directly with a TV converter?

LOL! I thought this post would be about using a mouse as a NES Zapper for emulators, like what Zsnes has built in where you can use the mouse as a Super Scope sight, wicked fun on Terminator 2: The Arcade Game...

I think it was good I think it would be cool enough if he has placed them in a gun .I do like Zapper though it is something inovative and the design is great.
