The PC version of this game is pretty hilarious. It's cool to see the full motion video of Kirk, Checkov and Sulu. However, the actors who portray the cadets come off very Saved by the Bell. I think directing one of those things is pretty tough since the different choices don't exactly edit well. Sometimes you'll be talking to a person, and they burst out in anger. While the next choice you make will have them smiling and nodding. It's like everyone in Starfleet suddenly has Bi-Polar disorder.

They're was a game called Star Trek: Judgement Rites where you took control of the original crew that was pretty good. It was a click point adventure game, but did have a couple of section where you can do some ship battles.
