Zelda Airbrush Gameboy Color (prize From Nintendo Power?)

I own the following piece of hardware:

Like you see at the picture, this is some professional doing and with a lot of details.

Well the seller told me, that this Gameboy Color was a price of a lottery from a popular videogame magazine.

But my question now is, from WHICH magazine? Does anybody know and can help me^^

Because a lot of people are asking me where I've got this Gameboy color and I always say froma collector...

I hope this is the right topic o.o

Someone told me, this GBC was in an old issue of Nintendo Power (1998-2000???)

well I have looked in some nintendo power magazines from 1998 till 2000, but I have not found anything -_-''

has really nobody seen this gameboy in any magazine ^^'

thats nice, but since its link from the Ocarina of time, it doesnt fit the gameboy system, put that on a N64 and it would fit and look amazing.
