Wolfenstein (new Version) Coming Soon

Recommended Posts

Looks like Wolfenstein is getting remade for XBox 360, PS3 and PC's coming August 4th.

Activision's latest attempt at re-igniting the public's fascination with the Nazi occult will be put to the test this August, with the release of Raven's Wolfenstein title for the 360, PS3 and PC.

The game will be out on August 4, and while we wish it the best of luck, can't help but yearn for a time when the franchise was a little bolder, a little brighter with its colour palette (especially on mechanised Adolf Hitlers).

Companies are trying the old Origin Systems trick to maybe lend longevity to their titles.  Origin would make their games require the higher end of computer systems, knowing the prices would come down and more people would buy over time.  It worked, well, till EA bought them out.
