Got some screenshots and more info on the remake of A Boy and His Blob for Wii, how many people remember playing this on the NES when it first came out?

First up, VG247.com has the following info and screen along with a video on their page for ABaHB

IGN.com also has shots of the game showing off various levels:

As you can tell, it is obviously not just a port of the original but a full blown remake. Show them your support for this type of game if you enjoy them. If enough support this type of remakes then more will surely follow (looking in Sega's direction on their recently announced titles only having minimal work done on the graphics).

Man, I used to love that game even though it was hard as hell to figure out where to go. Another good creative game by David Crane, creator of Pitfall.

This version looks 1000 times better than the original, and rightly so, it's been about 20 years since the original.
