Found this NES/GB version of the advert online. Very similar but the screenshots show a world of difference between the Genesis/Negadrive version and them ....

Mind you, after playing this and the SNES version on emulators I have to say the SNES one whips the Sega version's ass in my opinion. Better grapjics, better music .... just better all round really.
