Super Power Catalog

Hey, I've searched this forum, but I couldn't find any information on this. I'm trying to find the Fall/Winter 1993 Super Power Catalog, which was used to sell things to Nintendo Power subscribers. Information about this catalog can be found on page 115 in the January 1994 issue of Nintendo Power. In particular, I am looking for the page where they sell the rare StarFox Super Weekend cartridge. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Hey! I think I might've pulled this out of my boxes the other night, how convenient. Let me see if it's the one. Either way, I'll scan it.
