Harley-Davidson produces motorcycles at plants in York, Penn., Tomahawk and Menomonee Falls, Wis., and Kansas City, Mo. Spokesman Bob Klein said the vast majority of its supplier network also is based in the United States.

The recession has forced the company to cut staff and consolidate some operations, and also to stop manufacturing its Buell line of motorcycles.

I own a Harley...A 2000 Heritage Softail. :)
