Have any of the gaming magazines companies ENDORSED your work?

As all of you know, RetroMags is trying to keep the copyright enforcers away by having the "no 21st century stuff" rule. That is, they (and us) hope that as long as we're only posting stuff that there is no chance of the companies making money off of (though if Nintendo ever released a DVD set of all the Nintendo Powers like Mad Magazine did for their publication I'd be the first in line to buy it!), then we will most likely be left alone.

But I'm curious as to if any of the gaming magazines have actually formally given their blessing to post the old magazines? For example, at www.rockman-exe.com, the webmistress said that Capcom actually wrote her and said they have no problem at all with posting stuff about the original Japanese anime and gave Capcom her thanks for doing so. I also think www.mmhp.net is done with Capcom's blessing as well.
