I was always of two minds about ads that went out of their way to look like actual write-ups in game magazines. On the one hand, it's a pretty good tactic and you could catch a few people unaware even with the big "ADVERTISEMENT" notice on each of the pages. On the other, it's midly deceptive and reveals everything good about a game without touching on any of its down-sides as a real review would.

Effective? Probably. Deceptive? Almost certainly. What say you?
