I'm a sucker for a good retro compilation - hoping this turns out well!

I play retro games on their respective consoles, which I own almost all of them by now. Retro compilations are cool if you don't own them like I do, or you're new to gaming and just want to try out the oldies. I will mostly be getting the new consoles like PS4 and Xbox One for the new Final Fantasy titles (i.e. Final Fantasy Type-0, Final Fantasy XV, and Final Fantasy VII HD Remake).

I own many of the titles on the collection already but will likely pick it up anyhow. For me, it's the history behind the games and it looks like Rare is throwing in lots of goodies to compliment the game roster.

And hey, save states. Maybe I'll be able to finish Battletoads again.

Hmm wonder if this will contain more games than the ones we saw now? To be a "epic" collection it better contain more than 10-20 titles IMHO. .

If you watched the ad to completion you would have seen 30 games for $30 iirc

At $1 per game I don't think there's too much to complain about.
