Here's another mahjong arcade game from Nichibutsu, released in 1988.

Apparently you solve murders...by playing mahjong with a bunch of girls...and forcing them to strip naked if you win.  Which is how all murder cases are handled in Japan, I believe.  They're lucky there are so few of them.
