I couldn't find any info about this 1988 arcade wrestling game from Nichibutsu.  However, looking at the ad, it seems to basically be a game of rock-scissors-paper using the three buttons on the cabinet.  According to the ad, neckhanging beats lariat, dropkick beats neackhanging, and lariat beats dropkick.  I guess if you played well enough the game would dispense a sticker from the hole at the bottom.
