Great Saturn Z Issue 16 (October 1997)

*This issue is labeled as an "extra issue," though it's unclear why, as content-wise it's business as usual and was published on the regular monthly schedule.  The previous issue is the "September-October" issue and the following issue is the "November" issue, so why this issue isn't "October" and the previous issue wasn't simply labeled "September" is a mystery.  But y'know what?  Screw the publisher for trying to make things needlessly complicated.  This is the October issue.  You heard it here first.
