Enix game writer contest (Japan)

This is an interesting ad I wish I knew more about.  It boldly proclaims that Enix is seeking to recruit the next generation of game creators, and proceeds to lay out the rules to the 1st "Enix Computer Game Writer Contest."

Contestants were allowed to compete in three areas:

1. Game Programmer

2. Game Designer

3. Game Artist

Winners would receive cash prizes, though I'm not sure if getting a foot in the door at Enix was also on the table (contestants had to be at least 16, though.)
