Cyber Troopers Virtual On Oratorio Tangram is a mech fighting game developed and published by Sega.  Arcade Ver5.66 (released in 2000) signaled the title's move from the expensive Model 3 hardware to the Dreamcast-based Naomi board.

Of note, the Dreamcast version upon which Arcade Ver5.66 is based received a score of 39 out of 40 from Famitsu.  At the time, the only games to have ever received higher scores were Soul Calibur for the Dreamcast and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 64.
