Dungeon Hourouki ( ダンジョン放浪記) was a planned 3rd person dungeon crawling RPG featuring randomly generated dungeons.  It was developed by ASCII and according to this ad was set to be released in November 1988, but the game was ultimately canceled, and no working prototypes are known to have survived.

*btw, in researching this game, I saw many mentions that the game was supposed to have "over 1 million" randomly generated dungeons, but his ad clearly states "over 60,000" which is still a lot, but not even close to a million...
