Why? did you know how many website got this image? 25 social media website I found with the picture, that's why I put a watermark on it because that picture is very hard  to find, and with the watermark at least they no where comes from RETROMAG.  (repect)

@Phillyman would best be able to explain why we don't want every cover and advertisement uploaded to our galleries to be defaced with a watermark, even one advertising Retromags.  Suffice it to say, this is a preservation site, and putting watermarks on images is the opposite of preservation. 

If you're uncomfortable with the things you upload appearing elsewhere without your approval, then this is probably not a site you should upload to.  @Phillyman will be happy to tell you he couldn't care less if our stuff gets reposted a million times.

I've got more potentially bad news for you - the scans you upload here get reuploaded to the Internet Archive within days/hours by at least one person (sometimes several), with no credit given to you.  It happens to all of us, nothing we can do about it.  As you can see, your recent uploads are already available there:  https://archive.org/details/@doomguy2000

 

Also, in regards to this particular image appearing in social media, this mini-mag has been available on the Internet Archive since 2020, so it's been freely available WITHOUT a watermark for quite some time.
