Black/Matrix AD is a tactical RPG developed by Flight-Plan and published by NEC Interchannel for the Dreamcast on September 30, 1999.

*While I normally crop off the magazine trade dressing on back cover ads like this, I'm leaving it in place to show that the "X" on the right side of the ad isn't just missing, it's literally covered up by the trade dressing.  I hope NEC got their money back for whatever they paid for this ad LOL.
