I...have no idea what this is about.  There's apparently one person notified by email every minute, who then has a chance of winning, but only if they respond to the email within 12 hours...

Grand prize is a trip to Hawaii.  Other prizes are "audio sets" (whatever that is), Miffy clips (dunno...maybe hair pins? featuring Miffy, a Dutch rabbit character popular in Japan), and..."etc."  So who knows what else you could win.
