Dragon Quest Freak Super Biography: Ito Seiko (Japan) (October 1990)

Maybe this guy had something to do with making the Dragon Quest games, but I don't think so.  I think it's just some random fan.  Such was the sales juggernaut of Dragon Quest in Japan that an interview about Dragon Quest with some nerd off the street is good enough to be greenlit as a paid advertisement for the game.
