Ad Lib Music Synthesizer Card (Summer 1989)

I remember buying one of these back in the day (for $100, not the $200 price listed in the ad) and being thrilled with the low-quality MIDI-sounding music it brought to my (supported) games.  Kids today take it for granted that games have soundtracks and sound effects more complex than a PC speaker's atonal beeps, but it wasn't always so.
