I was always fascinated by the NES game, Space Shuttle Project, which they review here and has a 2-page ad. It probably wasn't very good, but I read this review so many times anyway. I never came across a used copy at a GameSpot, but I remember looking for a few years. I forgot about it eventually, but going through this issue brought those memories back. Thank you, @bogusfrank for helping with that. Maybe I will seek out a ROM and try the game on an emulator.1 point

I don't have much to say about these issues, as I stopped gaming around 2005, so I don't really know anything about the games within. But hey, there's an article on interactive fiction, and I at least know what a grue is. - You are standing in an open field west of a white house, with a boarded front door. There is a small mailbox here. > open mailbox - Opening the small mailbox reveals a magazine. > take magazine - Taken. > read magazine - It's (rather anachronistically) Games for Windows #13!1 point -

Looking at everything on that list, it would seem that Game Informer was indeed the last USA mag (of original content) to be sold in stores, though there are still one or two indie mags that can be bought directly from the publisher. And there's always PC Gamer USA, I guess, but that's just a half-assed truncated reprint of the UK mag, so why would anyone want it?1 point
