So... if it's 1 file per day for newbie, do I get 5 file downloads perday if I post 5 posts? And if I get 25 posts, I become a member?

I tried to download the Nintendo Power Magazine Issue #52, but then I got a error that said: [#10855] You do not have enough posts to download files yet. What's happening? What can I do to download the issue I want to read? :(
