    When I donated to them this year I put as my comment that they really need to spend money on a better site build. But I fear they just don't care. Time managing a new site build is time they'd rather be archiving.

    FWIW I flipped the first 10 pages and then downloaded CBR and PDF, just now. Am I right to think that you upload unedited scans to archive, because they can't be uploaded here? And what is the trick to getting archive to do Japanese page order?

    Yea, wrong phrasing by me really. What I mean is that those magazines listed featured a more irreverent, haphazard graphic style and less regular page layouts. Maybe it's quintessentially Japanese, which is why Electric Brain "copied" that kind of layout?

    Electric Brain x3 are complete I've been trialling some new software called ScanTailor Advanced https://github.com/4lex4/scantailor-advanced/releases/tag/v1.0.16 it's for Windows and Linux, but I run the Windows version on my Mac through Wine. It's nice, seems full featured, but I'd need to start from a mag from scratch using it to see if it really works for me.

    When scanning GAMEST, its obvious that the printing process was not very refined and that the pages have not been bound in exactly where they should be. So, the edge of the neighbouring/opposite page is visible on the page I'm working on. Attached is a crop from an unprocessed scan, showing the yellow edge encroaching on the white page. Any thoughts or precedent on this issue?

    I have my workflow sorted already from my Electric Brain scan, mostly automatic through tools whose config can be set and then batch processed but valid point

    That's me! I am in the UK. And I've been looking for GAMEST specifically. So I am happy accept your offer and work something out. For GAMEST only right now, 274 magazines is a lot of work! But I am committed to it. I have already scanned issue 38 and am editing now.
