I discovered this site a few weeks ago and have been downloading several files from the early 90s. I think this was my favorite era of video games, for the personal nostalgia of living through it, but also for the rapid expanding of technology of video games. I loved the arcade scene, from the brief resurgence of laserdisc games in the early 90s, to the rise of the fighting game genre. I was also fascinated with the onset of CD-Rom technology; back in the day, I borrowed a Sega Genesis and rented a Sega CD with Amazing Spider-Man Vs. the Kingpin and Dragon's Lair. It all seems quaint today, but it really captured my imagination with FMVs advancing both gameplay and storytelling.
