It's fixed now. Apparently the server was rebooted and the nginx web directory wasn't set to auto start once the server restarted. That issue should not happen again going forward. Next time it will be a different problem .

An update! It turns out I missed about 5 zip files containing more scans when I was downloading everything from DropBox. I discovered this because I noticed issues in the Game Players Nintendo Guide section that were marked as Scanning that I did not have PDFs for. So hunting I went and I found them.
