  1. Gnarly! This is one issue I didn't have!
  2. Eh, you stalkin' me? :P Your last blog made me want to replay Dino Crisis, I forgot a lot about that game.

  3. Yeah, the game was terrible honestly.. I really hope they made it more playable. I remember something about falling boulders and climbing troubles.
  4. The DC controller was actually a pretty nice one. The triggers on the back were springy, and usually the in-game controls are mapped well. Make sure you buy a VMU(virtual memory unit?) too, it fits into the controller and saves your data. I was happy with my Dreamcast, it has a few really good games available.
  5. The past couple of years have not been kind to celebrities/pop icons.
  6. I can't believe no one has posted this yet. Let's all take some time today to do the Mario, and/or a Capt. Lou wrestling maneuver while listening to Time After Time, by Cindi Lauper. Rest in peace Captain Lou! News article from multiplayer blog @ MTV: http://multiplayerblog.mtv.com/2009/10/14/rip-captain-lou-albano-doer-of-the-mario/ For your viewing pleasure, The Mario!
  7. News from Kotaku: http://kotaku.com/5380625/castlevania-the-adventure-rebirth-dated-priced-by-famitsu
  8. Here it is in it's entirety- http://www.retromags.com/forums/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=1395 Except for maybe the back cover.
  9. It's funny, I remember reading the comic(I used to live next to a comic store, lucky me!) and in the book I read it had someone calling her "Areola." I always thought it was a neat comic. I never checked out NHS though. Thanks for his DA account, I'm gonna start watching him.
  10. Who told you this story? Where'd you find my 5th grade photo..? Damn it all! I will return!! Ia, Ia, Cthulu fhtagn!!
  11. It's his gaze man, it has to be! It's like he's talking right to you.. commanding you to listen to his yarns. And like talking to a 67-year old man, you know you'd feel bad for him if you didn't.
  12. This is a great mag, I'm glad we have it here now! Thanks!!
  13. Well that's a good sign. I'm glad the US version will have additional characters and online play, too. Wii needs more online games! It makes it like an online arcade. You must like the game good enough if you own it, helperspanish. What are your likes and dislikes with it, if any?
  14. So the 2009 fall Halloween season is fully upon us. Which retro games would you recommend for Halloween play?
  15. From the album: Mister Zero's Junk Pile

Why did you send me this, Bubsy the Bobcat? Or... Accolade?

  16. From the album: Mister Zero's Junk Pile

Sega or Nintendo used to send me postcards of various games back in the 90's. Once they even sent me a Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting VHS tape with the characters moves on it. Why? Only they know.

  17. Junk. I had just finished it.. I guess I'll just post it for the site's use.
  18. Hey Rayder, I can make you a list of must-have DS games, if you'd like. I LOVE the DS. I haven't tried nearly enough TG-16. I know there are a lot of good games on it, and I always used to gawk over the ads of good games they had in Mega Play and other mags back in it's heyday.
  19. Hey! I think I might've pulled this out of my boxes the other night, how convenient. Let me see if it's the one. Either way, I'll scan it. I have some other random things like this that I pulled out with intention to scan, so I guess I'll get on it. [Edit]: It is the right one, scanning now! Lucky you.
  20. That's exactly what you have to do on those games, just keep plugging at it and memorizing. That's half the battle, really.
  21. Yeah, this is a neat game. This and Lunar were two of the reasons why I wanted a Sega CD.
  22. I was surprised at how good MM9 was. It actually holds up with the rest of them. The Megaman ZX games aren't terrible, either.
