  1. Man, this is an epic thread. I love those keys!! Thanks tinman, for sharing pics, I love seeing stuff like that! If I had the money, I'd buy them from you just because they look neat! I'd love to see a Gold Man. What a badass contest that was.
  2. Hidinger, Clash at Demonhead is cool! I just started playing that game, I'd never tried it before. The Wii Balance board is a lot like an accessory for the NES, yeah. I forget the name of it though. The Angry Video Game Nerd tries using it in one of his videos.
  3. It was a pretty great time. Not so great nowadays, but not totally bad.. Check out some of the downloads!
  4. bomba described it above, he's just watching to see if he develops poison ivy. I was just being a turd.
  5. Who watches The Watch? Please.. don't post those pics! :-P
  6. I think 30 is when you lose your muscles and your girlfriend. :-P Have fun, pops! j/k of course. Best to you man, thanks for this great site! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
  7. MacGruber, there's a game called Sunset Riders, but I don't think it has any link to the movie. I was gonna say He-Man! they also really need a solid Transformers game. I haven't played the latest for 360, but it looks like it might be promising if it's done right..
  8. Man, so many... let's see. I'm not gonna list the problems specifically because I can't remember most of them right now. but they're there, trust me! NES: Fester's Quest - one of those ones that are so flawed, its annoying, but you don't want to stop Friday the 13th - I just like killing things with knives and machetes Mickey Mousecapade - kind of a pain in the butt, but it's memories to me Monster Party - just fun, but why are some dudes dead already?!!? NARC - because it's hilarious to blow up flashers, junkies, drug-peddling vietnam vets and killer clowns. oh and a huge head Who Framed Roger Rabbit - punchin' ladies! Yo! Noid - just a big Noid fan in general Genesis: Michael Jackson's Moonwalker - it's funny to harrass the characters when you run out of magic SNES: Warlock :-x Annoys me but I like it?
  9. Sooo many good choices. It's neat to see I chose the three most popular. I'm in the cool crowd, mommy! RCR had to be one. Just look at my avatar. Double Dragon II has offered me endless fun, I play this game at least once every couple weeks. Streets of Rage II is just awesome. I love the music, too. Actually, the music in all three of these games rules! I don't like TMNT4 nearly as much as I like Hyperstone Heist, so I didn't vote for it. There's just something I like a lot better about HH on Genesis. Graphics, levels, something. Maybe all of it.
  10. I entered a couple, never won. Don't remember which contests I entered. Always sent in the Player's Polls, too. *shrug* Never did meet Jazzy Jeff.
  11. SF4? Is Street Fighter 4 $20?? I can't find it for that on the site, if it is, can I get a link please?? So Excitebots is good? It sounded kind of dumb to me, but I haven't read any reviews yet. It's supposed to be somehow linked to Excite Bike, right? I'm so terrible about keeping up with new games... -_-
  12. Wow, that's good news! I always thought Sonic CD got the least recognition of all the Sonic series. I love that game. I don't necessarily like the layout of the levels, though, but other than that the game's cool!
  13. I like fighting games. Street Fighter II and on involves strategy against more skilled players or computer levels, same with KoF series. I also like console RPGs, but I CANNOT STAND RANDOM BATTLES. I don't like a ton of fights in console RPGs, it takes my mind off the story too much. I also like when the games incorporate battles which are nothing but strategy and have a point to them, like a special weapon or item from winning the fight. Anyways, on to what I DON'T like. From the 16-bit era on, I don't like most of the SPORTS games. I make exceptions for some wrestling games, Ken Griffey Jr. Baseball, NHL 98 on PS1, NBA JAM and skating/snowboarding games. Basically, I like the more cartoony or arcade-style sports games. Wii Sports is endless fun to me, too. But THOSE DAMN MADDEN GAMES. ARRRRRRRRRGH END IT! It's as bad as real football! I think if you're gonna play a sports game, just go out and PLAY THE SPORT OUTSIDE WTF!!?? I'm not big on most strategy games unless its WarCraft, Starcraft, C&C, Advance Wars or a very few select others. It's too slow-paced for me. I don't really like to think things ahead that much, either. Wierd games, like Zoop and The Ooze. Uhhhhhhh.. just no. Why make games like that? I always hated wasting my one weekly allowed rental from my parents on a piece of CHUD game like those! I remember taking Zoop back with my best friend and demanding a new game because we hated it so much! Zoop!? More like POOP! It sounds bad, rude, and spiteful, but in the PS1 era, if we hated a game, we would just throw it across the room or bite it! Then we'd return it to the store saying it wouldn't play and we wanted a new game! Immature, I know, but it happens when you get 13 yr old boys together, hyped up on candy, pizza and a shitty video game. Trust me when I say we never did it to any games that DIDN'T deserve it!! It's not like we ripped some poor kid off, we probably saved him or his mom $5!
  14. OHHH Enter the Matrix WAS playable! It was HILARIOUS to see Neo get thrown around like a ragdoll and all kinds of glitches in the game! That was the ONLY reason my friend and I powered through that game, we were rollin!! Halo is way overhyped. Hell, most FPS games are. What is the big draw about it? I never really bought into that, especially trying to play along with the other jerks who play it online, bunch of foul-mouthed kids. I've had fun playing FPS with my friends but online is too damn annoying. Plus I suck compared to everyone else online. ;P What else... DAIKATANA! There was no way that John Romero made me his bitch with that game.
  15. I also really like things like enemy and item lists. Just always thought it was neat to have.
  16. Triverse I go hung up at the same point in Uninvited. I never did figure it out and sometimes I don't like checking FAQs. I haven't picked that game back up yet, I kinda lost track... I like the ICOM games too and Maniac Mansion. Other than that I haven't played much, unless stuff like Kings and Space Quest are in that genre? What about Snatcher? or are those totally different?
  17. I've always wanted to try TG-16, but I only played it once when I was like.. 7. The games look pretty awesome. That Double Dragon II port looks awesome! *making a list of games to check out*
  18. I like color, glossy pages. I never liked the cheap paper B&W manuals.
  19. This is one of my problems with the Wii's controller system(too many add-ons/having to buy them extra). That and having to hold the wiimote sideways so much, making its novelty way of controlling the game pointless. It's always annoying having to switch on and off different add-ons all the time, big flop IMO. I can't stand when the screen pauses to tell me I need to add on a controller. It's helpful, but it bugs me at the same time. I don't like how you have to pay for the Classic Controller, but I guess they charge for it because the VC games aren't free, either.
  20. Konami is supposedly thinking of releasing a remade Silent Hill for Wii. http://www.gamespot.com/news/blogs/rumor-c...ke-for-wii.html
  21. Yeaaah, I like those shows too! Dennis the Menace, the wonderful Grimm's Fairy Tale Classics, the Noozles, and Eureeka's Castle are some of my other favorites. I also always loved the more teen-ish shows like Adventures of Pete & Pete, Clarissa Explains it All, Salute Your Shorts, and shows like Hey Dude! and Welcome Freshman. The Snick line-up was pretty cool for a while, too. Are You Afraid of the Dark, all the way! Did anyone else have the channel Nick GaS for a few years through their television providers? In 2007 they switched it out almost everywhere for the teen-centered "The N" network. Worst trade-off ever! Anyways, Nich GaS(abbrev. of Games and Sports) had classic Nick sports shows like Nick Arcade, Double Dare, Wild N Crazy Kids, SK8 TV, Nick GUTS, Finders Keepers, etc. I would watch that channel 24 hours a day and nothing else, literally. I'll go on to ask if anyone else ever watched a non-Nick show that was cool, Eerie, Indiana?
  22. I love the NES Satellite! Those wireless conrollers there look pretty cool, too. It's kind of cool that they had those back then, I wonder how bad the battery life was.. R.O.B.! That worthless fool! He's like an icon now. I always remember wanting the set that he was in just because I thought it was a real robot. Little did I know how pointless his life was.
  23. I would've rather had a Saturn than PS1 anyways. A lot of games I played on PS1 were also on Saturn but much better for it.
